Refund Policy

We have a 3 day return policy for purchases from SHH Online website (https://www.shhonline.com.my)

 

Shinho Huat Electrical Sdn bhd reserves the right to hold or cancel any order with prior notice when deemed necessary.

 

Return Policy : Most orders are returnable within 3 calendar days upon receipt if they are incorrect, damaged or defective.

  • Incorrect: The item is not the item you ordered. 
  • Damaged: The item is found to be damaged upon receipt.
  • Defective: The product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer.

 

To be eligible for a return request 

  • The Item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The Item must be in the good condition that you received it.
  • Never use before & hasn’t been installed.
  • Original Packaging materials in Good condition.
  • Full accessories.
  • You need to show us the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, hence you will not be getting a refund.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • The item is not / no longer available
  • Digital Goods ( Software )
  • Certain Types of product ( especially Large Appliances , TV )
  • Promotion Item / Flash sales Item
  • Pricing disputes arise
  • Product illustration differs from actual product

 

When will I receive my refund?

Depending on the mode of payment you’ve selected upon the transaction, you will be offered a mode of the refund based on your payment mode, which will take between 1 to 15 working days depending on our partnering banks.
